These Terms of Service govern your use of Dewdrop Dynasty Wiki (the "wiki"), a fan-made, unofficial reference website for the indie game Dewdrop Dynasty developed by Goodgis. By accessing or browsing the wiki you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the wiki.

1. About This Site

Dewdrop Dynasty Wiki is an unofficial, community-maintained reference site. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way associated with Goodgis, the developer of Dewdrop Dynasty, or any platform publisher. All game names, characters, lore, locations, and artwork referenced on this wiki remain the intellectual property of their respective rights holders.

Game screenshots, ability descriptions, biome references, boss mechanics, and lore summaries are provided for educational and informational purposes only as fair-use commentary on a published game title. We do not host paid game content, distribute DRM-circumventing tools, or provide pirated copies of Dewdrop Dynasty.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the wiki for personal, non-commercial reference and learning. You may share excerpts and links freely for non-commercial purposes, provided you credit the wiki as the source. Automated scraping, mirror scraping, bulk downloading, and other forms of programmatic harvesting are governed by the restrictions in section 3.

✓Reading guides, looking up boss mechanics, and sharing a link in a chat are explicitly permitted with no permission required.
✓Sharing screenshots of our pages or quoting short excerpts is permitted under fair use; please credit "Dewdrop Dynasty Wiki" and link back to the source.
✓Personal reading, casual link sharing, and casual citation in your own written or video content are always welcome — that's what a fan wiki is for.

3. Restrictions

✗No automated scraping, bulk downloading, or programmatic harvesting of wiki content without prior written permission. We are happy to grant access for educational or research purposes; just ask.
✗No wholesale republication of entire guides, full pages, or large sections on another website, including in AI-training datasets, without explicit written permission.
✗No use of the wiki, its content, or its brand to harass, defame, impersonate, or misrepresent any other person or entity, including the game's developers.
✗No attempts to interfere with the wiki's infrastructure — including denial-of-service attacks, SQL injection, header smuggling, or any other malicious traffic.

4. Intellectual Property

All game-related content — characters, artwork, story settings, ability names, biome names, boss names, lore text — is the intellectual property of Goodgis. The wiki's original prose (commentary, analysis, original guides, curated data tables, original illustrations) is released under CC BY-SA 4.0; you may reuse it with attribution and a share-alike license.

Trademarks and registered marks, including "Dewdrop Dynasty" and associated logos, are the property of their respective owners. Reference to these marks on the wiki is purely nominative and constitutes neither endorsement nor a claim of affiliation.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The wiki is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranty that any information, strategy, drop rate, or mechanic description is complete, current, or error-free. Game patches frequently change stats, locations, and rewards; always cross-check with current in-game data.

We do not warrant that the wiki will be uninterrupted, virus-free, or free of harmful components. We may take the site offline for maintenance, updates, or for reasons outside our control.

In no event shall the wiki maintainers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the wiki or any content linked through it.

5. Third-Party Links

The wiki links to external sites including Steam, Discord, Reddit, YouTube, and the developer's official pages for context and convenience. We do not control or endorse the content of these third-party sites and we are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or privacy practices. Following an external link is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the wiki maintainers' total cumulative liability for any claim arising from your use of the wiki shall be limited to the amount you have paid us (which, for a free wiki, is zero). This limitation applies to all causes of action in the aggregate.

We may update these Terms of Service occasionally to reflect changes in features, third-party services, or legal requirements. Material changes will be highlighted on the home page for at least thirty days before they take effect; the "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent revision.
